Andy Talks About The New Dynamite Roasting Summer Blend

We had a great time on Saturday (as always) chatting with Andy and tasting some of his awesome coffee. This time he brought some of his newly issued Summer Seasonal Blend. 

I learned something from talking to him about the Summer Blend: coffee, like other agricultural products, are best when fresh. This is not about the roasting date, which is also important. This is about how long it has been since the beans were picked. This is exactly like how apples taste better right after they are picked than after 6 months sitting in storage.
